ELB (Extra Large Bean) Robusta Pagar Alam is an exceptional highland variety cultivated at altitudes of 800–1,200 meters above sea level around the volcanic slopes of Mount Dempo, Pagar Alam. The cool climate and fertile volcanic soil yield exceptionally large, dense coffee cherries.
Mechanical screen sorting isolates only the largest beans (Screen 18 to 19+, >7.5mm). When roasted, these jumbo beans provide remarkably uniform heat transfer, robust crema, and rich nutty-caramel undertones. Highly prized by international buyers and premium roasteries.
